    • Drive process improvements and implement stronger systems and controls.

    • Take on cross-functional operational projects as needed.

    • Collaborate closely with leadership, demonstrating initiative and ownership.

    • Serve as a reliable backup for the CFO to ensure continuity.

    • Be a culture amplifier and be willing, excited, and able to get exposed and assist in broad operational tasks on a small and vibrant team

    Background:

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting with strong academic record.

    • CPA (or CPA track).

    • Committed to long-term growth within Alta Fox.

    Why Join Alta Fox?

    • Step out of public accounting into a role with broader responsibilities and impact.

    • Work directly with senior leadership at a growing hedge fund.

    • Opportunity to expand beyond accounting into operations and leadership.

    • Be part of a small, entrepreneurial team where your contributions are visible.
